  • Wrong / Missing / Damaged items

Please provide the following information to help us process your request faster:

  • Wrong or missing items:
    Contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. Please include:

    • A photo of the shipping label

    • A photo showing the SKU code on the product tag

    • A group photo of all items received

  • Damaged items:
    Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

  • Package not received:
    Submit a screenshot of communication with the courier or a proof of non-delivery from the postal service. We’ll file a claim on your behalf. Please allow up to 7 days for processing.
