1. When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Please note that delays may occur during major holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your order includes pre-order or out-of-stock items, we will contact you via email. During peak seasons or holidays, shipping updates may be delayed—feel free to reach out if you haven’t heard from us in time.


2. Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Please allow some time, as tracking info may take a while to update.

You can also log in to your account and check your order details—tracking info will appear above your customer information section.

If you haven’t received the email:

  • Ensure you entered the correct email address.

  • Check your spam or junk mail folders.

  • Some mail systems may block emails that aren't on your safe list.

9. Why Is There No Tracking Information Yet?

Due to international logistics processes, tracking numbers may change after your parcel reaches your country. This may result in temporary delays in updates.
